Admissions Team

• Role Description: The Admissions Team is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks involved in reviewing and processing new applicants. They ensure that each applicant meets the community’s standards and is prepared for a smooth entry into the server. Working under the guidance of the Admission Team Lead, they play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the community.

• Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate incoming applications to ensure they meet the established criteria and align with the community’s values.

  • Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their roleplay skills, understanding of server rules, and overall suitability for the community.

  • Help orient new members by providing them with necessary information about the server, rules, and resources available to them.

  • Work closely with other Admissions Team members and the Admission Team Lead to ensure consistency and fairness in the admissions process.

  • Keep accurate records of the application review and interview process for accountability and future reference.

  • Offer constructive feedback to applicants, guiding those who may need improvement before reapplying.

  • Assist new members during their initial days on the server, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
